With the new Greater Sydney lockdowns (updated Friday 9th July), your health and wellbeing is our highest priority. You can now shop at FloorVenue online and get free samples delivered.

  • Online Video Consultations – you can book a 1-to-1 flooring consultation over video call.
  • Sample Delivery – get samples delivered to your door by filling out the contact form.
  • Business & Trade Customers – all showrooms / warehouses are only open for trade and business customers. You are expected to wear masks and maintain a 2m distance.
  • Pickups and Deliveries as Usual – we’re still open for distanced pickups i.e. contactless pickup outside our warehouse and deliveries NSW-wide.

If the flooring is an essential purchase, such as you cannot live in or move into your home without flooring, you may visit our showroom/warehouse. We do not recommend you do so unless it is absolutely essential.

Our online flooring consultations allow our experts to guide you through the journey of finding the best suitable floor for your situation. Although it cannot replace a showroom tour, we aim to provide as comprehensive information.

Unfortunately, our showrooms in Sydney are currently all closed under the lockdowns. Our new video consultations aim to give you the same experience.

Since you cannot see or feel the products through a camera, we deliver up to five free samples to your doorstep!

Just let your consultant know which ones you want, and they’ll have it arranged. Alternatively, you can fill out the contact form below to request samples without having to book an online consultation.

Provided you live in a major city in Sydney or Australia, our sample deliveries should arrive in 3 to 4 days. Rural areas may take an extra day or two in some cases.

We cover the cost of sample deliveries so you can experience the flooring in person before making a purchase!
