Classic Collection Gloss Finish Category FAQs

Preference Classic Laminate flooring is a gorgeous and cost-effective laminate flooring solution that features a tough AC3 surface, making it ideal for dealing with everyday residential wear and tear. Aesthetic quality of the range offers the unique look of real timber floors, while at the same time offering the practicality and benefits that only a laminate floor can provide. It’s suitable for most interior decors, practical, economical, and highly attractive.

Laminate floors are easy to maintain. There’s no special cleaning agents or treatments that need to be used! Every so often, just vacuum or sweep the floor. However, never use a steam mop on laminate floors. The use of household cleaners or couring pads on your laminate floor is also not recommended as their abrasive nature may lead to damaging of the planks.

Laminate flooring was first introduced by a Swedish company as a method of reusing waste wood for economical and ethical reasons. These planks are first created by deconstructing wood to make it into a pulp, and then fusing them together in order to create a synthetic core. There are three primary layers, which consist of a wear layer, print layer, and HDF core.
