Amor Classic Category FAQs

The 8mm Amor Classic laminate has a unique 5 year water resistance warranty which makes it suitable for even wet areas of the home. With a commercial grade wear rating of AC4, Amor Classic laminate floors are guarenteed to withstand the rough tumbles of life.

You will need to clean the Amor Classic laminate floors weekly to keep them looking pristine. The most efficient way to do so is using a water-free floor cleaning solution, such as the one you already have, and a microfiber mop. Otherwise, you can use a damp mop and non-abrasive soap-free cleaner to remove any footprints, dirt, or stain marks from your laminate floors.

Laminate flooring is made of not natural timber, but rather processed woodpulp fused together into a high density fibreboard (HDF). Laminate floors have a wear layer which is scratch, water and UV resistant on the surface, followed by a realistic print layer which sits on top of the HDF board. These are floating floors, meaning you don’t need smelly glue or loud nails during the installation. The floating floor’s click-lock system makes it much easier and cheaper to install laminate floors.
