These planks feature variable embossing which compliments the gorgeous intricate designs. Legacy planks also use the latest HD printing technology to mimick the timber that our ranges were inspired by. This is accentuated by its micro bevelled edges and matte finish which provide a realistic textured finish as well as an authentic timber look and feel.
With a 25 year residential warranty and 7 year commercial warranty, you can rest assured of its high quality standards.
The Legacy laminate flooring range features a trademarked ‘Aquashield’ which protects your floors from spills for 48 hours. Originated from Belgium manufacturing technology, the Legacy laminate floors are guarenteed to withstand wear and tear of even the busiest households.
Legacy laminate flooring is fairly easy to clean with slightly damp mops, vacuums or sweeping. Stubborn scuffs and stains can be removed using a damp cloth or sponge with a diluted solution of methylated spirits. Ensure the methylated spirits is completely rinsed from the floor after use. Be sure to avoid flooring your floors with water when cleaning.
Laminate flooring is made of not natural timber, but rather processed woodpulp fused together into a high density fibreboard (HDF). Laminate floors have a wear layer which is scratch, water and UV resistant on the surface, followed by a realistic print layer which sits on top of the HDF board. These are floating floors, meaning you don’t need smelly glue or loud nails during the installation. The floating floor’s click-lock system makes it much easier and cheaper to install laminate floors.
